In the past week I've met people who made me feel very welcomed and who have been a genuine help, and I've met people who made me feel like it was my first day in prison and anything I say or do, or don't do, is grounds for group ridicule or worse. I haven't been part of this community for very long but already I can tell that the EVE Community is a very diverse one, and just like real life the disposition of the people I've come in contact with varies. Tricky part is finding the most compatible people to hang out and grow with, as the game encourages some of the more negative aspects of human behavior such as subterfuge and derision.
